As dream life bleeds into waking reality, a woman haunted by her Puritan ancestor must confront the terror buried deep within her bloodline.
In this non-linear, genre-bending psychological horror, this solitary woman turns to a mysterious guide as her reality unravels. Through exorcisms,
altar craft, and outright desperation, she fractures the veil between worlds—and is thrown into a fight for her life.
This surrealist portrait probes what is passed down to us from our families and the horror of everything you didn’t choose but still carry. Set against
the backdrop of Puritanism in the American context, the film exposes the primordial sludge that seeps beneath the relentless pursuit of cleanliness,
purity, and the sanitization of the self.
